9 months to install windows and doors.
Some of the plugs used for holes have fallen out because they drilled improper size or used improper sized plugs.
Some interior caulking has separated. They floated shutters on one window. Poor job.

We would not use this company again.

On time, great work, cleaned up after themselves. Im just in love with my new windows. Wes and Cory were wonderful!

I really don't know what to say about this company, other than their customer service is horrendous. Their product is good and their installers are amazing, but trying to get an installation date, and having items fixed that they have measured wrong, and even sending the installers with a door that didn't fit, doesn't fit my idea of good customer service. They try and wrangle their way out of everything. They make excuses for late deliveries, late production, parts missing, badly measured items, salespeople giving out wrong information, nothing is their fault. If you don't mind rearranging your life for them, then go ahead and use them. And of course, even though they screw up and you don't have your product, they want their installments right away. I'm honestly surprised they have been in business this long.

We just had all of our windows replaced by Lifestyle. Their windows fit perfectly and their measurements were exact for our blinds that were put up the next day. We discovered that there was very little insulation in the original windows. No wonder it was so cold and drafty in our front foyer every winter. The 20th of October only got up to 4c and we couldnt feel any cold penetrating the new insulated frame. I was thrilled to see how the finished windows looked and how they open at both sides so its easy to clean them. No more heavy lifting. Patrick and Mike worked tirelessly and completed the job in one day. Bonus, they clean up afterwards. We find the house is warmer. Their windows and frames are lovely to look at and we are very happy that we chose Lifestyle.

We had to change the front entrance and side doors for our home. We spoke with at least 10 different companies and got quotes from 4 before finalizing with Lifestyles. Their quote was neither the lowest nor highest that we received, but taking into account their service level and warranty, we felt that we went with the best deal. There was even room for negotiation. Mike was the sales guy and he went through every detail and nwas very friendly and professional. Only downside was that we were expecting to have the doors installed by mid November but it wasn't until first week of December that we got our doors. Installation took perhaps five or six hours and those gentlemen were professional as well, wasting no time. We are extremely pleased with the end result and would have no problem recommending them to anyone.

Big shoutout to Lifestyle products !!! We recently purchased a house that had Lifestyle windows installed a few years previous.
We required a replacement screen for our kitchen window and when I called Lifestyle they were extremely helpful. I emailed them a picture of the sticker on the inside frame of the window. From the info on this sticker, they were easily able to manufacture an exact replacement screen in the perfect size and have it available for pickup within just two days !!
Very friendly and extremely helpful - even though it was a very small request for a DIY home owner.

I cannot more emphatically state what an absolute disaster Lifestyle is as a company and not only do they fail to deliver on most if not all of their promises, they also do not seem to give a damn from installers all the way up to Senior Management. It would be much easier to share what they did right but I can’t really think of anything they did well. Here are the top 8 things they did wrong:

1. A job that was quoted as taking 1 day took them 34 days to finish
2. They charged our credit card before work was even complete (which is illegal BTW)
3. Request to take special care of areas of our house were ignored
4. They sent the wrong windows
5. They sent the wrong trim
6. Installers blaming warehouse, warehouse blaming sales, sales MIA
7. E-mails, calls were routinely ignored and only responded if you bug them 5+ times
8. And after all of this when we informed President of company we didn’t even get a “sorry”

Herding this group of distracted sheep to complete the job easily took us 8+ hours of e-mailing, calling, constantly watching them (when they did actually did show up) and at no point did they show indication that the ineptitude they showed on our job was anything but standard practice. I wish I could say even one good thing about their work. The windows seem to work but I honestly have no confidence in their long term quality based upon everything else I have seen from this company. And please don’t be fooled, if they write something down below saying they will look into this issue that is grade A B.S. as we are more than a month post install and they haven’t lifted a finger to help rectify anything.

Lifestyle is a terrible company – do not do business with them!

We shopped around a few places for windows but went with Lifestyle windows. Mark Purdy from Lifestyle was very thorough and honest with his advise. He answered all the questions we had politely and patiently. The installers were Richard and another gentleman who were very professional and thorough in their workmanship. We had 22 windows to be removed and installed and they did it wonderfully. Would recommend Mark Purdy and his team to anyone looking for windows and doors.

We recently had new windows installed at our house and had some capping done. Mark Purdy came and did the initial selling. He was great. Dan and Tony were our installers and they were fantastic. They were such a friendly, polite pair and their workmanship is awesome. I was very satisfied with their work and I think they are the best team that the Lifestyle company has working for them.
