I arrived after Michael had been there for about an hour and a half already. He took a few minutes to stop what he was up to and explain his findings so far. He then proceeded to go over the rest of the house, explaining anything and everything asked of him. His inspection was thorough and his knowledge was impressive. He sent along an 85 page report with pictures of just about everything, including recommendations for fixes in the future. I would highly recommend 4Sight for your home inspection. As a first time home buyer this really put my mind at ease.

I had Michael Mischke for my house inspection. He was really helpful and informative. He told us what we needed to fix or change in the house. Although he was a bit expensive it was really worth it.

I hired Michael Mischke to inspect a home. Michael answered all my questions very patiently. He indicated some issues with my newly-constructed house.
