We are selling our home and wanted a pre-sale home inspection completed for prospective buyers as well as to identify any issues we needed to rectify. I contacted 4 Sight Inspections and they responded promptly. I booked an inspection for the next day and Michael arrived promptly at the reserved time. He completed the entire inspection with minimal intrusion as I was working from home. He was very professional and considerate throughout the process. When he was done, he took the time to review the main items on the report with me and has a portable terminal so I was able to pay on the spot. The best feature in my opinion is that the report was sent to me later the same day! I was able to send it out to some interested parties right away which was very helpful.
