I hired Michael Mischke to inspect a home. Michael was unbelievably thorough, professional and patient. He thoroughly answered our questions and explained all the deficiencies. He arrived on time and explained things as he went through the house and provided valuable tips. At the end of the inspection,he provided us a comprehensive report with nine sections, including exterior, roofing, structural components, electrical system, plumbing, heating, cooling, interior, insulation/ventilation.
