I hired Michael Mischke to inspect a home. Michael answered all my questions very patiently. He indicated some issues with my newly-constructed house. He also recommended several upgrades to be done which don't fall under builders' responsibilities. He also provided me good inspection report and answered my questions in detail.

Thank you very much Pranav. It is important to ensure you know everything that needs repair or improvement during a tarion warranty inspection so either you or the builder can take care of it. There are often things that the builder does correctly to building code but can still use some improvement. Anyway, it was a pleasure meeting you and I do hope you enjoy many years in the home.
