I recently hired 4Sight Inspections to complete a home inspection on a home I had put a conditional offer on. My experience with them was easy from start to finish. The online booking tool was easy to use, and they were able to fit me in quickly. Michael inspected the home for approx. 3 hours and answered all of my questions (and there was lots!). The report was sent about an hour afterwards, and was very comprehensive and easy to understand. I thought I had purchased a good home, but felt confident that at the end of the inspection, I KNEW I had purchased a good home.

They were thorough with their inspection spending 3.5 hours at the house. A DETAILED report was submited to us with in an hour of the inspection. We were beyond impressed with his service and knowledge. As a contractor my self I will be recommending Michael and his staff to my clients and will be using his services in the future my self.
