I found 4sight home inspections through Red Flag Deals, they received great reviews so we decided to give them a try. Michael did the inspection on my high rise condo in Markham. He was amazingly efficient and thorough. He was happy to answer all our questions and made sure we were satisfied with his answers. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable and provided us with practical and reasonable recommendations to improve some areas. I would wholeheartedly recommend Michael to anyone requiring a house inspection!

Knowledge, professional and thorough is what I expect in a home inspector, Michael did not just meet these expectations but exceeded them. He has a tremendous about of knowledge and experience related to all areas of a house. He takes the time to explain any issues or concerns. The report came within an hour and was very thorough including photos and descriptions of what should be done to address the issues found. I would definitely recommend Michael to anyone looking for a professional and complete home inspection.

My experience with Steve and his colleague from 4Sight was great. The inspection was thorough and comprehensive. The infra-red device 4Sight provided was eye opening, and that demonstrated clearly the situation of insulation that was behind dry wall, compared to the previous inpector I had who gave me a report saying 90% of wall was covered by dry wall that without opening it up it was impossible to know the situation behind it. Beside all this, I am impressed by the detail of his report, it will take me a while to grasp all but it works as a a good guide for the renovation plan.

I used 4Sight to inspect my first house purchase on a recommendation from my brother who used the same company. Michael arrived on time, was very friendly and encouraged me to follow him around and ask questions while he conducted the home inspection. The entire inspection took about 2.5 hours. He identified the major issues with the house and sent a report within 2 hours of completing the inspection. Overall, I feel more confident in my first home purchase.

Steve Blayney performed our home inspection yesterday and did an outstanding job. He was very thorough and encouraged that we follow him throughout the entire process. It took a little over 3 hours for the 2800sqft home, and he did his best to explain to us most of the issues he found in the home. He was very patient and answered all of our questions in detail. He is a very enthusiastic individual and appeared to really enjoy what he was doing, which is a plus! Thanks, Steve!

Michael was very professional and thorough. He arrived early (even after leaving a message that he may be a bit late due to traffic). I found his attention to detail and the amount of time he took to look at everything that he could (within his ability) was fantastic. He had noticed some things that we never did when looking through the property (and we have a pretty good eye) and gave some excellent advice regarding the home, and the things that needed fixing. I chose Michael based on the reviews here on homestars after considering a lot of the larger HI companies, and not being able to get a hold of our really tough one from a few years back, and we were very impressed with the quality of his work. We were particularly interested in the fact that he used the infrared devices to spot issues under the floor or behind walls and didn't charge "extra" for that.

This was actually the 2nd time we Used Michael and 4Sight. We conditionally bought a home back in the spring and did not go with that house, but Michael was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and such an easy going guy we had to use him again just recently on what will be our 'forever' home. Michael is definitely thorough, answers all questions, and makes the nerve racking experience very easy going. We were very lucky both times that michael was able to come out to whitby and oshawa on such short notice. The fact that the report is generated and sent to us so quickly is definitely an added bonus. Will definitely recommend this team to anyone looking for a comprehensive inspection. We just conditionally purchased are first home and before we commit to making such a big purchase we wanted to make sure not getting a lemon for a home. I called couple of friends who have recently bought a home see if they would recommend who they used with less then glowing reviews of there home inspector. I did some research and called a few home inspectors came across 4sight inspections . Michael spent the time answering all my questions and seemed very knowledgeable and know the area he was very flexible and was able to arrange a inspection on short notice. Day of inspection Michael arrived on time he encouraged us to follow him around and ask any questions. The extremely thorough inspection lasted appx 3 hrs. Michael inspected every inch of the home inside and out even checking all appliances and included thermal imaging. By end of that day we received a emailed report with photos outlining any issues / things that need maintenance.

I recently hired 4Sight Inspections to complete a home inspection on a home I had put a conditional offer on. My experience with them was easy from start to finish. The online booking tool was easy to use, and they were able to fit me in quickly. Michael inspected the home for approx. 3 hours and answered all of my questions (and there was lots!). The report was sent about an hour afterwards, and was very comprehensive and easy to understand. I thought I had purchased a good home, but felt confident that at the end of the inspection, I KNEW I had purchased a good home.
