I purchased 6 pillows, knowing I would return 3. I needed to check my colour scheme. I bought the pillows on Saturday and tried to return them Sunday. The assistant manager Lenka at The Westhills location refused to accept the return even though I had a receipt. She said the pillows smelled like cigarette smoke. I do not smoke or live in a smoking environment. Is this an excuse they often use so they do not have to accept returns? I called head office /customer care and they said well if the pillows smell like smoke you can't return them. I had these pillows for 1 day. They did not smell like smoke. Urban Batn does NOT care about their customers. Their so called managers are just used up interior designers, who can't get a job else where. When you arrive at the store they pounce on you like leeches with their fake sense of customer care but god forbid you should ever return anything. I will never shop there again. And would not recommend these stores.
