Prompt response and high quality work. I had a time restriction going into our new home with a medical treatment coming up but Carpet Surgeon fit us in and got the job done quickly. I'm blown away that in one day two long narrow staircases and our children's bedrooms transformed from dark and dingy to plush, bright and clean. The quality of work is above and beyond my expectations. I was also impressed in the respect that was shown to me and my home as well as not pushing a sale when we discussed leaving the current laminate flooring in the hallway and master bedroom. Sean did a great job of our carpet installation. Even when we had some "issues" with the supplier, Seam came through and got our carpet for us on time. And the installation work was quick, friendly and professional. I would recommend this company for all of your carpet needs.

Sean was great and so was his helper. As soon as we met their professionalism was apparent. The job was done beautifully, quickly and carefully. Pricing was reasonable and remarkably clear: the prices for delivery, ripping out and / or hauling away old carpet, moving and replacing furniture, replacing underlay and carpet installation were itemized and I could pick and choose what I wanted to hire out and what I wanted to do myself. My invoice accurately reflected everything we agreed. Everything was nicely done, the cleanup was great, the job was perfect and they handled all the furniture that had to be moved respectfully and carefully. I am so pleased and I will certainly hire them again. They are the best carpet layers I have hired, and I have commercial properties and have seen a lot. Next they will come to my house to fix the carpets my cats destroyed!!

Had Sean repair 2 spots in our carpet & stretch buckled office carpet. The service provided was excellent! We can't eve tell there were any repairs/replacements done to the carpet. Sean was pleasant to work with & gave great advice. He even declined to repair an area of rug, in our lower level - suggesting we wouldn't be happy with the results. Would highly recommend Sean for carpet repairs!
