Had Sean repair 2 spots in our carpet & stretch buckled office carpet. The service provided was excellent! We can't eve tell there were any repairs/replacements done to the carpet. Sean was pleasant to work with & gave great advice. He even declined to repair an area of rug, in our lower level - suggesting we wouldn't be happy with the results. Would highly recommend Sean for carpet repairs!
Day & Knight team provided excellent service. I wasn't expecting such prompt service just prior to the Christmas holiday. They responded quickly & replaced the water heater in one day. The team was friendly & a pleasure to work with. They took the time, after installation, to walk me through the installation & lighting of the pilot. Would highly recommend Ted and team.

Nate did a thorough evaluation & explained the product line well. Took the time to review location & home, to make a recommendation of the A/C equipment & installation that would meet City bylaw requirements. location & best serve our home. Didn't try to upsell us. The installation crew were efficient & professional, and Nate provided oversight during the day. Would highly recommend Nate and his organization, and we will continue to use Distinct for our furnace & AC maintenance.

Granite Guys are Great! We're really pleased with the counter top & plumbing installation. The quality of workmanship is excellent. The installation crew [granite & plumbing] were punctual, friendly, well organized, kept the disruption to a minimum, cleaned up after themselves & even warned me when there would be loud noises. Extremely considerate & customer service oriented - the guys certainly believe & speak well of their business! Everyone - Amanda, Sandra, Lorna, Josh & Kevin were a pleasure deal with.
