In 2006 I bought a new furance and A/C from AireOne, was impressed with the sales man , got a few quotes and decided to stay with Aire One, install went well, had a communcation error, which was solved, took a little debating but was solved in a fair manner.. Well again just before my 5 year warranty was up 20 days before the warranty expired. my A/C does not start, well I pull the warranty card out and says 5 years silver plan 5 years parts and labour. Ok should be all covered ..I call Aire One to come and fix the problem, told not under warranty for i did not get the annual maintence done by Aire One, mind ya the annual maintence is done 2 times a year by my father in law's friend who works for a heating place too.. cheaper for him to come and make sure everything is good,, does not charge us,, usually give him a case of beer.. .. any way i find out no warranty from Aire One, because Aire One did not do the annual maintence... so 89 for Diagnostics, 200 for Capacitor and 99 for labour ... wow $440. If this was out of warranty i would have no problem dealing with the situation. upon talking to Aire One, to see if there was anthing they would do to help,, nope kept saying did not do annual maintence with them....wow .. i even said.. i would pay for parts and diagnostics, if Aire one would cover the labour.. nope .. well here to say sorry Aire one but you will never get another cent from this person and I will be telling everyone i know about this too ... hmmm if i buy a new car i can take to Mr Lube for daily maintence and yet the warranty is still covered....
