On April 25th, we had a patio door installed. The men were very polite, professional, and completed the job very quickly and efficiently. They were on time and cleaned up the work area to our satisfaction. The result was impeccable. We are very pleased with our door and are confident we made the right decision in having it installed professionally.

We have been using Home Depot and their installations service to replace the windows in our house. All 3 jobs over a 5 year period were handled with ease and met our complete satisfaction. For this latest job of 3 windows, our windows were ready for installation earlier than expected. The Peak Installations team were quiet, efficient, precise and fast working. The new trim inside was expertly done. Both the inside and outside of the windows are beautiful. The Peak Installations team cleaned up thoroughly after the job. We absolutely love our Solensis windows.

We had Peak Installations look after our installation of new front doors we had purchased from Home Depot in January 2019. We are delighted with the professionalism, workmanship and cleanup after the project was completed. Our new front doors are beautiful and so well installed!

Extensive interior renovation have recently occurred at our residence. As an afterthought, we decided to install a new main entrance door, to further enhance the exterior appearance.
Our dealings with all involved (the team) made for a very pleasurable and stress free experience. Everyone demonstrated a superior level of professionalism with this company. Having indirectly dealt with some sub-trades during our renovation process (via our contractor), this company has presented a standard...one that should be adhered to by certain sub-trades...specifically, one in particular...anything but professional! We would like to commend the Home Depot and Peak Installations for the excellent service we received. From the first phone call requesting information on door installations to meeting with the Home Depot sales agent to choose our door, and later getting the installation completed by such professional and caring contractors (who I might add were even able to install my new doorbell - which they went out of their way to pick up for me while on their break!) We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We particularly liked that we were kept in the loop every step of the way via email and everyone involved with our project was always quick to reach out to us or respond to us. They installed a front door for us. The installers were friendly and worked very efficiently. They also cleaned up very well after the work was done. They needed to come back to install a peephole. The company was very flexible with the installation time slot as my schedule offers limited times that I am available to be home.

Three doors installed beautifully to front, patio and basement to replace ~50-yr-old originals. Sales Rep Ken was extremely patient, Installers Ivan & Kevin were very professional and knowledgeable. Coordinator Zehra arranged everything with a Supv arriving to check towards the end of the install.
The project presented a large outlay and the entire team was very patient and understanding of my concerns, making numerous revisions, offering additional detail and excellent follow-up to my queries. Thanks very much to all involved!

From start to finish, these people were amazing. We were surprised to get a call in one day and the next day a quote was done. And, that was on a Saturday. The only issue we had was poor communication from the person who re-measured. However, when he did come to measure he gave up his Sunday to meet with us. When it came time to install the windows we couldn't have been more impressed. When all was said and done you never would have known they were here other than to see the new windows and sliding door. Will probably use them again when we replace more windows. We highly recommend
