As I was writing this testimonial, I looked at their company website and found that what they say there is absolutely true—They provide excellent customer service with a personal touch. Iris and Brad, the owners, take the time to explain and resolve the problems with the pests you are experiencing.

I've used their services for mice and carpenter ant control. Recently, I was having a problem with carpenter ants in my backyard. We suspected that they were nesting in my old wooden deck. Brad promised to come by and spray the whole area when I replaced it. Sure enough, on the day the old boards were taken out, he came and actually did find a nest of carpenter ants. Not only did he get rid of the nest, he gave me very helpful advice on how I can prevent potential problems down the road.

I have been using Delta Pest Control’s services for several years now and will continue to use them for all my future pest control needs. I feel confident saying this because Iris and Brad are thorough, efficient and take care of my home as if it were their own.

Iris and Brad gave outstanding service both times i have used Delta to deal with bedbugs. The first time involved spraying the house, the second an inspection to determine if there were bedbugs (there weren't). On the phone, Iris is the most wonderful person: calm, encouraging, and extremely knowledgeable. She spent ages with me, reassuringly giving me excellent practical advice about doing the onerous job of ridding the house of bedbugs. She helped me focus on where the work needed to be done and what shortcuts could be taken. When i needed help the second time, i was comforted just knowing that i could call Iris and she would take care of me. She did indeed!
Brad is wonderful too. He also is extremely experienced, kind and efficient. He taught me invaluable information about how to identify, prevent and get rid of bedbugs. Not only is he clearly a highly knowledgeable expert but he is also very kind. e.g. he knows how upsetting it is to find bedbugs and is understanding and comforting.
Iris and Brad are also careful to avoid unnecessary costs and to make sure one is informed about the necessity for any services one pays for. I always trust that they are being fair in their charges.

Had an ant infestation last summer and contacted Iris at Delta, who was very friendly and helpful in reviewing pictures I emailed her. Brad came out and further reviewed the situation and took remedial action (we also fixed the rotten balcony where the ants had nested). This year we noticed a number of ants in the spring and both Brad and Iris were very responsive once again, and the follow-up was covered under the original warranty. Excellent service thank you!
