Iris and Brad gave outstanding service both times i have used Delta to deal with bedbugs. The first time involved spraying the house, the second an inspection to determine if there were bedbugs (there weren't). On the phone, Iris is the most wonderful person: calm, encouraging, and extremely knowledgeable. She spent ages with me, reassuringly giving me excellent practical advice about doing the onerous job of ridding the house of bedbugs. She helped me focus on where the work needed to be done and what shortcuts could be taken. When i needed help the second time, i was comforted just knowing that i could call Iris and she would take care of me. She did indeed!
Brad is wonderful too. He also is extremely experienced, kind and efficient. He taught me invaluable information about how to identify, prevent and get rid of bedbugs. Not only is he clearly a highly knowledgeable expert but he is also very kind. e.g. he knows how upsetting it is to find bedbugs and is understanding and comforting.
Iris and Brad are also careful to avoid unnecessary costs and to make sure one is informed about the necessity for any services one pays for. I always trust that they are being fair in their charges.
