Michael was referred to us by our banker, who's brother had recently used his services. He was thorough in his inspection and took the time to go into any and all areas of the home that were accessible, which was important as we have purchased an older home. He clearly explained everything that was in need of repair as well as maintenance fixes we could do down the road. We engaged Michael to inspect an apartment we were looking to purchase on the recommendation of a friend who had also used his services before.
