He responded quickly to my initial inquiry and inspected the property the following week. Michael explained every part of the home - and in great detail especially when I had a puzzled/confused look on my face. He provided tags to my water and gas lines - thankfully as this single mother would've had no clue.

Though I was probably asking some really dumb questions, he never made me feel stupid for asking and he made extra effort to ensure I understood what he was saying.
