We engaged Michael to inspect an apartment we were looking to purchase on the recommendation of a friend who had also used his services before. Michael was extremely professional, patient, and thorough at inspecting both the building and the apartment itself. He talked us through his thoughts as he took us outside to look at the envelope, the boiler room, and the parkade. In the apartment unit itself, he systematically inspected everything and patiently answered our questions. After the inspection, he briefed us on all the items he had noted and highlighted items we should probably follow-up on with the strata, property manager, and/or seller. His final inspection report also contained a great list of questions to ask and have answered in order to help us make an informed decision. The apartment isn't perfect by any regards, but Michael did a great job of helping us understand what we were buying and the risks involved. Thanks Michael!
