When I decided to get my roof done i knew nothing about anything involved. I called one company asking them questions and all I got as a response was "we do good job". Then I called Shaun, he came to my house, explained everything involved in a way I could understand. He was so helpful, making me completely comfortable going with his company. They did a FANTASTIC job on my roof. The crew were very friendly, responsible and efficient. They cleaned up their entire mess afterwards, (unlike the company my neighbor went with that threw their garbage in my yard). I would recommend Urban Roofing to EVERYONE needing work done :)

We found Shaun through a friends daughter. She wanted us to 'check him out' because of the reputation some roofers have. We were very impressed and have since recommended him to many others. Last week he did our roof. The crew were very professional and Shaun stopped by during the day to make sure everything was okay. Our roof took two and half days to complete. At the end of each day they were meticulous in clean up. They even made sure that there were no nails on the driveway when I had mentioned that I was going to back my car in to load up for the next day. They worked through with just a short break for lunch. Shaun came by at the end and did his inspection and the next day he sent the crew to do a small job which he had noticed. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone, private or commercial. It is great to see such great work ethic.

The decision to replace one's roof is not an easy one - at least it wasn't for me. It's a big investment, one that you hope will last a very long time, and with never having replaced one before, I didn't really know what to expect. I'm so glad I contacted Urban Roofing as one of the 3 companies I requested a quote from. Right from the beginning, Shaun made me feel at ease. There was no 'sleazy salesman' approach at all. He was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and his price was fair compared to the others I received. The job was completed in one day, and it looks FANTASTIC! All the guys were great, and Shaun was on-hand as well. I highly recommend Urban Roofing.

Shaun is a man of his word his team and himself are very Professional .They kept my property very cleaned didn’t even find one nail when job was done .Shaun Quote was far and the workmen ship done very well .I had four quotes and was most impressed with Shaun two of my Neighbors had their roofs done last year and this was the reason I choice Urban Roofing. I can't say enough about Shaun! After researching numerous roofers in the Hamilton area, I am very thankful that I settled on Urban's quote. Although they were not the lowest, the reviews I read here (which were very deserved) and the professionalism shown led me to believe they would be the best choice. I was very right in my decision! I had to sell my father's house as he had moved to a nursing home and due to real estate closing dates and the demand of the purchasers I only had about a month for the whole process. Not only did Shaun ensure a wonderful job was done, but kept wonderful communications with me during the process and even went as far as sending me pictures of the work in progress as he knew I was under a lot of stress having to deal with the house sale and rushed schedule.

Shaun and his hard working crew are pleasant, conscientious, and do a superb job. Attention to detail is granted right from the beginning when you are selecting shingles during a home visit, through to completion. Shaun’s website states that their hope is for clients to be, “...satisfied you have found the perfect contractor for your unique project.” I’m not sure Shaun realized how unique it can get. In addition to requiring new shingles, our roof had to be altered to deal with some underlying structural changes, which were more involved than anyone initially thought. Shaun could have taken the easy route and just covered it up. Luckily for us, Shaun presented these challenges to us as they arose and assured us he would solve them, even if he had to seek additional expert advice.
