Sales representative Stephen was nice and accommodating, and willing to work within our budget. Shingle replacement was done on time and cleaned up the area as well. They notified me of all the work done and asked for my approval for any work requiring extra cost like board replacement. After service is good s well, they came in the next day to repair some minor issues we found. All in all, I am happy with the service, their company is highly recommended.

My husband and I did some research before asking for quotes. Stephen was very professional in presenting the product line and services his company carried and is very patient in answering any of our questions promptly with detailed explanations. He also offered recommendations like shingle quality, style and color based on our needs and budget.
Alex and his team completed all work seamlessly in one day as promised. Pictures of work-in-progress on the roof were sent to my phone to keep us posted. Stephen dropped by in early afternoon to check out the work and answer any concerns we had. The team did all the cleaning and disposal afterwards as agreed. Also rolled the magnet to pickup nails from my lawn as the final wrap up.

We needed to replace the roof and we received like 6 quotes, only Stephen from A+ Roofing was very quick on reply and professional in his actions , he did a great presentation on the different shingles type, he was sending different videos about their project...he was following up not like other contractors. The job was done as agreed in one day and his team cleaned up everything even those shingles which flown to neighbor backyard due to the wind. Also - he send pictures from the roof to show what they replaced and to show everything what they added as per agreement. Which is really helpful.

I needed new shingles because of multiple wind storms. My neighbour found A+ from road signage for a job they were doing close by. Called and got a quote quickly. Stephen was great answering questions and explaining all the details. He instilled a lot of confidence.

The job itself was fast and efficient. I'm in a semi-detached and they were doing both mine and my neighbour's roof. The job was completed the same day and the clean-up left the place looking as good as new.
