I would highly recommend Olympic Heating and Air. Nick is very knowledgeable about heating and air. What I like and respect Nick for is his honesty. He will never recommend something you don't need. He is honest and up front. Not to mention, he does great work.

I found Olympic through the Yellow Pages years ago and i haven't used anyone else since.

My furnace had been tagged by an HVAC vendor and they recommend a new furnace. I called Nick from Olympic Heating and Air for a second opinion. Nick thoroughly examined my furnace and could find nothing wrong.
The same thing happened to my daughter from the same HVAC vendor. They recommended a new furnace AND central air conditioner. She called Olympic Heating and Air for a second opinion and Nick could not find anything wrong with her furnace either. Nick repaired her air conditioner for $200.
In both cases, Nick could have recommended new appliances but instead, was honest enough to make the necessary repairs and recommendations.

Nick has been our heating and air conditioning service provider for many years. He is not only professional and knowledgeable but he will not sell you anything if it is not absolutely necessary - something that other companies do consistently.
His rates are below the average and he has provided us with special furnace filters at half the price elsewhere.
He responds to any calls quickly and comes at all hours in an emergency and did not charge for a visit when the problem was someone had turned off the furnace switch. Any other company would have charged a service call.
