Nick is the best service person I've ever had. He's maintained my furnace and air conditioner for the past 10 years. I trust him to do only the work that is necessary and confidence that he'll do it well. I've been 100% satisfied with Nick's work. He's honest, knowledgeable and reliable. I always recommend him to neighbours and friends in need of HVAC service and I recommend him to you too!

I was left in the cold and told I needed to buy a new furnace by the service guys of Enbridge who had come to do a small maintenance repair. Nick came immediately! He was professional and honest with me. He helped save me money by completing the repair, without trying to selling me something I clearly didn’t need. He was transparent and walked me through every detail, making sure I understood everything. He openly shared all my options and was realistic about each. He is a genuine guy and really cares about his clients.

We have been using Olympic since we asked a neighbour for a referral several years ago. Nick has always provided answers to our problems in a timely manner and provides excellent service.

I've used Nick a few times at my home for furnace and hot water tank service, the latest was to install a brand new gas hot water tank that I recently purchased to replace our old hot water tank
Nick removed the old tank, rearranged some of the copper plumbing, installed new valves and installed the new tank
He cleaned up the entire work site and left it cleaner than when he started the job
Nick is very friendly and nice to work with. He is very particular with his workmanship and explains every he is doing and why

Nick from Olympic Heating & Air was recommended by a family member a few years ago. I was instantly impressed with his knowledge, his excellent customer service and most importantly, the pride he takes in his workmanship.

I typically call him for two service calls each year upon request. He is always on time and very professional. Very reasonable rates, and only replaces parts that are necessary. he even tries to help diagnose and solve the problem over the phone if he is able.. Overall, great customer service. Every interaction is positive and I learn something new every time.
