I was very pleased to hear when the technician found the issue and was able to order the part that caused the leak. Today he came to install the part and when he ran the dishwasher he made sure that is was in full running order with zero leaks. He made sure that everything was in working properly and I appreciated his attention to detail. Work order 369313

I purchased a Fisher and Paykel fridge and for whatever reason the service people who installed it said there was a problem with the water dispenser. So Elite came by and fixed it promptly. It’s nice to know someone knows what there doing!

Fridge freezer was filling with frost. A tech came and fixed it quickly and courteously, seemed v knowledgeable and was friendly and polite. Appointment was easy and convenient to set up.

Elite Appliance service was able to come sooner than any other repair company. Tony was on time, had the parts with him and replaced my washer drain motor quickly. Not as happy with the 3 year old LG washer that needed the repair.

I was having an issue with excessive heat in the laundry room from my brand new gas dryer. Called GE, who placed a warranty service call for me with Elite Appliance. I found Elite Appliance to be very responsive, scheduled my appointment promptly, called before arriving and was on time. My issue was diagnosed very quickly by the gas technician and resolved completely to my satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality appliance repair.

Conan diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed the immediate issue. Unfortunately the part needed is no longer available but together we came up with a strategy to manage the issue. He listened, answered all my questions , and used technical knowledge and common sense. Thank you.
