We first worked with Brian when we bought our house ~9 years ago and hired him to build closets for us. When we wanted to do our kitchen and basement, we reached out to him again, and we couldn't be happier with how the project went. Brian always thought of ways to make the experience better for us (like installing a counter & sink that had been in our basement originally in our dining room as a temporary kitchen so we wouldnt' have to wash dishes in the bathtub). He is super careful with money and always consulted with me before doing anything that might add an additional cost to the project. He connected us to great designers, and worked closely with them throughout the whole project to make sure that our design was just right. He has a great team, and the people he hires to do additional tasks like laying tile, etc. were excellent. I know that projects like this are usually big headaches for homeowners, but Brian really took care of everything to make sure it was as smooth as possible. And, they were there every single day, even on a stat holiday, keeping things moving at the right pace. He even had people in doing drywall, etc. on weekends to make sure that the project kept moving. What I was most impressed by, though, was his character. He was honest and reliable, but he was also great with our kids and pets, and some very challenging neighbours too. He's just a decent person, and the people he hires are like that, too.

Eric fit me in the morning I called, and phoned to let me know he was running behind schedule. when he came, he was very friendly and nice, and fixed an outlet that had blown very quickly. He knew exactly what to do and I felt confident when he took care of the problem. Didn't try to push me to do any work that wasn' tneeded to fix the issue. Very happy with them, would use them again or recommend to anyone.

I can't think of enough good things to say about Brian from Swift Services and about his great work in our home. We bought an older home in West Toronto with no closets in the bedrooms, and needed to get them built in. We shopped around & got quite a few recommendations and different before choosing Swift, including consultations from fancy custom closet builders. I can honestly say that the work Brian did is aesthetically on par with the designs that the fancy (and much pricier) closet folk came up with, and that the quality of the work is outstanding. We have a young toddler, and were initially worried about the mess & dust in his room, but things were always left as clean as he found them when he left for the day. He was easy to communicate with, flexible about working with new ideas & making changes as the project progressed, and clear about explaining his work (we had one contractor come & give us a quote, and he wasn't able to listen to ideas or to articulate his plans for the room -- this was not at all the case with Brian). Not only was his work great, but he was fast and efficient -- one contractor we got a quote from said the work would take a week and that he would need a crew of men to finish it -- Brian did it by himself in 4 days. He was very honest & trustworthy, too: he wouldn't take our deposit for the job until the end of the second day, so we could be sure that the job was well underway. He takes pride in his work, doesn't cut corners, and is meticulous about details. He returned some doors he'd originally ordered for us because he was worried that they may have gotten wet in the warehouse, even though they didn't appear to be damaged. He wanted to make sure that the wood wouldn't change shape at all over time. I think a lot of contractors would have said, "well, they look fine, good enough." He also took our child's safety and his needs as he grew into consideration in the way he designed the closet door and racks in his room. I would happily recommend Swift to anyone looking for contracting work done in their home.
