Dryer Drum was Loose

Everything was super easy from calling to make the appointment to the actual service. The technician arrived in the 3 hour window and there were even texts to let me know he was close by. The dryer was serviced in fixed within an hour.

Work order 406952. It was very easy to reach the call centre about a repair I needed on my Samsung Refrigerator. An appointment was made. Rey arrived within the 3 hour window wearing a mask and gloves. He was quick and efficient in the assessment of the problem and easily repaired the fridge. We are very happy and would recommend Elite to our friends. Thank you.

My LG fridge was stating an error code for the past two days. Elite appliance staff arrived today, very friendly and professional. He took the time to explain the problem and how to maintain my fridge.
