Elite Appliance Service – Toronto

My wife and I bought a new dryer and needed the door swing reversed. We were getting the run around from the retailer, who said the job could be done by a company reached by calling a certain phone number. Arrangements were made, but the men who came said they could not do the job.

I called the company who made the appliance and they recommended Elite Appliance Services. Within days a very polite and professional technician came to my home and reversed the dryer door without any trouble.

I was most grateful to Ryan for his competent and efficient work. I was most glad that I had called Elite to take care of my dryer door problem.

I had a gentleman come to my house today to fix my machine. He was very safe - masked and gloved at all times. He was very thorough in assessing my machine. Very impressed!

My GE Cafe Stove had an issue with an igniter. The technician diagnosed the problem quickly, provided a workaround until the part was delivered and completed the repair promptly once the part arrived. Their office liaised perfectly and my appointment was timely. This was a repair under warranty so it incurred no cost to me.

Samsung customer service referred me to Elite for my fridge repair and the experience with Elite customer care and technician was pleasant in the beginning. However, the repair work didn’t solve the problem and infact I had to call them back to fix it again. I was given numerous assurances by the technician that the problem was fixed and how they are Samsung’s authorized repair centre for a reason. But the same problem occurred again and Elite did not really help me in this situation. Nor did Samsung. I paid for a service that never fixed the problem. Never buying Samsung and never getting Elite to repair my appliances.
For those who are curious, there is ice build up in the fridge vents and as a result the fridge doesn’t cool properly. And the fan inside is hitting the ice so it makes a loud noise. Yeah we had to throw out a lot of food. Thanks Elite and Samsung for making the lockdown even more unbearable.

Everything was super easy from calling to make the appointment to the actual service. The technician arrived in the 3 hour window and there were even texts to let me know he was close by. The dryer was serviced in fixed within an hour.
