Elite Appliance Service – Toronto

They came 5 times to fix a Viking oven and it is still not working . And they are charging more to come back and revisit because apparently we didn’t read the fine print on the receipt that we had 30 days to call back . With covid and kids home we didn’t want anyone in the house but we still passed the 30 day mark. Anyways they are coming back ... charging us again for the service and they will probably charge again for parts !

Had amazing service. It was done quickly and in a professional manner even during this time of covid. All precautions were taken by the service worker. He came twice and both times he was early.

Very polite and well mannered technician. First glance the technician already knew the problem. Very professional. I took some time for the parts to come in but worth the wait.

Our fridge stopped working April/26, called Elite 4/27, Technician came out 4/28, he said that it is the motherboard and will need a new one. He advised us the part was in and it would take 2-5 days to for Elite to come back, I called Elite 5/1 to be told its going to take 7 days! Completely unacceptable service!

Technician came in the house, immediately wanted payment for diagnostic......paid.
I was informed a part was required.....He do not have it. I had to pay for parts and partial labor.
Installation finally completed......Self cleaning worked once. ...Same problem as before. Called service and told them of the hazard ....my wife got arcing from the top of stove. Technician returned......talking of diagnostic charges.....nothing was done, no verification of their workmanship and parts was verify. I am disappointed with there service. Money grab

This is in reference to ticket # 9500028766 for my work order.

I called Elite Appliance Service Toronto to come and replace the broken/cracked glass top on my stove/range. They were able to successfully source the replacement part for me at a competitive rate (similar rate to what other part sources were charging) and had an additional process to check the part for damages/scratches before scheduling an appointment with me to make the repair so as to not waste my time in case there were any issues. The service repairman came, work a mask, gloves and shoe covers the entire time and made the necessary repairs in the allocated time slot. He also helped me level my stove accordingly and slide it back in place at the appropriate height to avoid it cracking again in the future. Quality of the replacement part is OEM and it looks brand new again. I would recommend them for their service.

We called upon Elite Appliance to diagnose our leaky fridge. Their technician came, diagnosed and supposedly fixed the issue. Subsequently at the 45 day mark, the issue resurfaced. We called the company but because it's not within their window of 30 day warranty, they are charging us another quote. We decided to not proceed with this company because we are not satisified with their original assessment (their ability to diagnose and fix the problem properly). We are concerned that they are again going to offer another short term fix, wait until the 30 day warranty window has passed, and offer another quote.

Hello,My dryer fix for Elite appliances and they are very good service.They are very professional and I highly recommend for Elite appliances.Their worker very experience person and they fix my dryer 30 minutes only.I highly encourage to everyone call Elite if anything happen to your appliances.Thanks a lot Elite.

We got in touch with Hannah , Customer service and provided us with our service schedule at the earliest possible date. The technician (Ray) came as scheduled and ordered parts as required. Soon as parts were available , Hannah called and gave us another schedule to complete the service. We are very satisfied with Elites service.

Very efficient and knowledgeable. Friendly and fast. Dishwasher no longer leaks all over my kitchen spoiling my tile floor. Very annoying. All fixed now. I’m very happy with the result
