Technician came in the house, immediately wanted payment for diagnostic......paid. I was informed a part was required.....He do not have it. I had to pay for parts and partial labor. Installation finally completed......Self cleaning worked once. ...Same problem as before. Called service and told them of the hazard ....my wife got arcing from the top of stove. Technician returned......talking of diagnostic charges.....nothing was done, no verification of their workmanship and parts was verify. I am disappointed with there service. Money grab
