Our fridge stopped working April/26, called Elite 4/27, Technician came out 4/28, he said that it is the motherboard and will need a new one. He advised us the part was in and it would take 2-5 days to for Elite to come back, I called Elite 5/1 to be told its going to take 7 days! Completely unacceptable service!

However due to COVID suppliers are taking a little longer than usual due to shortage of staff and incoming shipments across the border.
