Accurate Home Inspection

This company and inspector were terrific. We needed a quick close on the house deal and they came to inspect our new home within 24hours. Their professionalism, promptness, and thorough inspection was extremely impressive. Use of the thermal imaging helped to provide peace of mind with the in floor heating throughout the house. Follow up with the report was same day and turnaround exceeded expectations. I would, without a doubt, recommend their services to anyone.

The inspection was very thoroughly done. I am very pleased with the experience. When I arrived the inspector had already done a walk around the outside of the town house and had a few notes to share. They were very friendly and answered all of my questions in detail. I feel very satisfied with the whole experience. I received the inspection report the same day as my inspection and it is very thoroughly done. I would definitely use them again and recommend to friends.

We are first time home buyers and found a place we liked. Our real estate agent insisted on a home inspection as a clause on the contract. We spent the money and went with it.
The inspector showed up on time with tools in hand ready to get to work. The inspector found items in ten minutes that we would have never known to check. We were shown alot of little things that needed attention, a few things that needed replacement , and 2 things that may have bankrupt us or cost us a relationship.

THIS HOME INSPECTION SAVED US YEARS OF GRIEF. I have sent the business card to friends minutes after the inspection. It was worth 10x the cost. We are for sure using their services again on the next house.

Although the inspectors were friendly and personable, they rushed through the inspection like they were late for another more important appointment. The final report was a template mostly full of 'not inspected' comments. Although the inspection was a condo, I expected a more thorough job, especially when the fee turned out to be based on a single hours' worth of work.

Perhaps other inspectors do better work, but our experience was less than satisfactory, and we will not use them again.

When we arrived the inspector was already on the roof checking things out. No time was wasted at any point and all our questions were clearly answered. The inspector had excellent communication skills and a great personality.

The report was very detailed and I never expected so much would be covered. Several significant issues were discovered which would have resulted in major future expenses. I am a detailed oriented person and this definitely exceeded my expectations.

I highly recommend Accurate Home Inspections to others. The money spent was well worth it. I wish we would have done this for our previous home purchases.

Inspector was punctual, quite thorough and informative - for example, at one point had all the faucets in the upstairs sinks, baths, and showers running all at once to see how the drains would respond. Really appreciated that the inspector explained things to me as we went through the house; they answered any questions I had and explained things without using too much jargon.

Report was made available later that day as promised. Again, thorough and included helpful pictures to illustrate the problems that were identified during the tour through the house. The recall report (check on the major appliances to see if there were any recalls) was a thoughtful addition.

All in all, very satisfied. Would recommend and would use them again.

The inspectors did a very thorough inspection! My farther and boyfriend (both who are in the trades) were impressed with the quality of the inspection. I've used other inspectors in the past, and they were definitely not as thorough as Accurate Home Inspection. The inspectors took the time to review things with me and to answer questions. I would definitely recommend them!

I am I first time homebuyer, making myself very new to the realestate market so I was nervous placing an offer on a house but using accurate home inspection eased my mind on the worry of buying a bad house! They send emails of tips and tricks to keeping your energy bills down as well any of your home appliances having any type of recalls. The report walks you through the house with things you would never look at normally as well what things to do or look at doing once in the house or any house! When I end up on the housing market again I will definitely be calling to have the next house inspected by accurate home inspection again!
