Second time using Accurate Home Inspection. Inspector was timely, pleasant, thorough and well informed. Used a drone to inspect steep roof! Provided detail report of inspection. Would happily recommend them and use them again.

Excellent service - would gladly recommend them to anyone requiring a home inspection. Inspector was punctual, quite thorough and informative - for example, at one point had all the faucets in the upstairs sinks, baths, and showers running all at once to see how the drains would respond. Really appreciated that the inspector explained things to me as we went through the house; they answered any questions I had and explained things without using too much jargon. Report was made available later that day as promised. Again, thorough and included helpful pictures to illustrate the problems that were identified during the tour through the house. The recall report (check on the major appliances to see if there were any recalls) was a thoughtful addition. All in all, very satisfied. Would recommend and would use them again.
