Great inspection, thorough, detailed, and efficient. Will re-use for future project. The walk-around experience was great and I enjoyed the learning experience as well. A home inspection is vital to all my projects and I though that Terra provided a great experience. Highly Recommended.

The inspector was very thorough and explained everything in layman terms so we knew what they were talking about :) they took the time to sit and explain what they were there to do.... Not to nitpick the little cosmetic things but the structural stuff that we couldn't see or even thing of looking at ourselves. The report came to us the day after and it was very easy to follow with the recommendation of what we should take care of first. We are very satisfied with the service and will recommend this company!

Great Service. It was easy and quick to book a convenient time. The home inspection was thorough and the report detailed. Having two inspectors involved in the process meant that I had a quality, electronic report on the spot. Adequate time was taken to explain each of the items on the report and all my questions were answered. A small detail, given verbally, was not included in the report but a quick email rectified the situation in just a matter of a few minutes.

Fabulous service! The inspector was able to fit me in during my lunch hour for a condo inspection, which I really appreciated. They were on time and very professional. The inspector walked me though the whole condo, involving me in the inspection, and answered every question I had along the way. I received a great report of the inspection within a few hours, and the inspector was available for a couple of questions I had a few days later. I would highly recommend Accurate Home Inspection!

Accurate Home Inspection are amazing! they were prompt and on time - and that's just the start! The inspector was very thorough - checked the integrity of the deck, the roof - electrical - checked for water leakage around the bathroom -floors and wall's - checked the attic - windows - furnace - at the end there wasn't anything I could have asked more. The inspector then went over all there findings and gave me a clear picture of issues - answered all my questions - An excellent service and and written report follow again very promptly! This company and inspector were terrific. We needed a quick close on the house deal and they came to inspect our new home within 24hours. Their professionalism, promptness, and thorough inspection was extremely impressive. Use of the thermal imaging helped to provide peace of mind with the in floor heating throughout the house. Follow up with the report was same day and turnaround exceeded expectations. I would, without a doubt, recommend their services to anyone.

The inspection was very thoroughly done. I am very pleased with the experience. When I arrived the inspector had already done a walk around the outside of the town house and had a few notes to share. They were very friendly and answered all of my questions in detail. I feel very satisfied with the whole experience.
