Sadiq was our Gutter Doctor technician. He did a "Perfect Job"! We have hired many contractors over the years to do various types of work and it is not often you can find someone as good as Sadiq. We rerouted one downspout to drain into an adjacent eaves, relocated another downspout with a 30 ft extension to drain away from our fence posts to prevent premature rotting out, and replaced two fold-up extensions. Very happy with the job done and quality of materials used. This is the second time we have used the Gutter Doctor and highly recommend them to others looking for quality work at a reasonable price.

We had our 2 hot water tanks replaced with 1 tank by Arpi's and they did a superior job right from the start to finish. The existing venting from the tank to the roof also had to be reduced as it was too large in diameter for just 1 tank and the furnace. Arpi's manager helped us with the design and to understand the reasoning behind the reduced venting. He was excellent and we really appreciated his expertise. The installers were also excellent and did a high quality professional job. On time, very courteous and pleasant to deal with. I am a recently retired mechanical engineer and have over 30 yrs experience with public safety issues in the oil industry, and I can honestly say, I would definitely trust Arpi's to do the job right!

When we arrived the inspector was already on the roof checking things out. No time was wasted at any point and all our questions were clearly answered. The inspector had excellent communication skills and a great personality. The report was very detailed and I never expected so much would be covered. Several significant issues were discovered which would have resulted in major future expenses. I am a detailed oriented person and this definitely exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Accurate Home Inspections to others. The money spent was well worth it. I wish we would have done this for our previous home purchases.
