We have so many choices in window manufacturer s ànd flyers through the mail magic windows came through for us in every way possible from measuring to clean up after install a week before xmas. All went according to a well designed plan and old man winter is now under control this year and staying outside where it belongs. Cant thank the magic windows team enough for such a professional job.

It was time to replace our old storm windows. 2 big bay windows in the front of the house and two bedroom windows. We had come across the Magic Window showroom during our outing at the CNE so we decided to check them out. The young brunette woman (I believe she was an engineer at Magic Window) was so informative and pleasant to deal with. She showed us everything about the windows and explained the engineering and thought that Sal (Owner and engineer of the product) put into his product. We were very impressed and booked an appointment. MichelleG came to our house and gave a very informative presentation of their product with samples and documentation. We were very impressed. We had a total of 5 windows replaced, we were very happy with the outcome. From the day we signed the contract to the day of installation, six weeks had elapsed (give or take a few days). The installers were amazing. They were on time, very courteous and pleasant. They were very careful and respectful. They took their time and went to great lengths to address the details of the installation. The installation took approx. 4.5 hours to complete. They cleaned up afterwards as best as they can. Upon completion they then presented us with a care bag and explained to us how to maintain the windows with the products in the care bag. The installaters work for Magic Window and when speaking with one of them he had said from his years of experience that he hasn't seen a great quality window product on the market. "These are the best. I haven't seen any other window that's better" he said. They are by far amazing windows. We immediately noticed the difference in noise from the street and the amount of warmth in the house hours later. We ordered the white casement windows pewter style. Included inserts are bug screen, thermal screen (blackout screen) and sheer screen (30% visibility). Full vertical window panes that open wide, engineered in thirds (both big bay windows approx 60-80" wide). Bedroom windows were single vertical pane with maximum openness. We are soo happy with them. After diligent homework with 5 companies, I settled with Magic Window. This was based also by the initial presentation and clarification. Michele was very good explaining the product and really took the time to investigate my concerns. I liked her honesty. In addition, the installation was done by a very professional crew who were tidy. Michele returned after the installation, and did an inspection and we went over every detail again. I love the windows and the retractable sliding screens and blinds. No buyers remorse to date.

End of July 2016 when we got a presentation from Magic Windows, Cory answered a lot of questions, eg. how the windows are made, what makes them different and better than others, and if I could keep my existing wood casing. He also helped us to decide which type of window is best for us.
We love the hidden screens when the windows are closed – and best of all the privacy screens, which keep 93 % of the heat of the sun out and protect the inside from UV radiation ( bleaching of furniture, curtains, floors).
6 ½ weeks later the 14 windows and 3 sliding doors were delivered for installation. The two very experienced installers were courteous and cleaned everything up before they left, each of the 2 days of work.
One more bonus: the annoying noise of the neighbour’s dirt bikes becomes inaudible as soon as I close the window. Great investment at a compatible price!

We needed to replace a Bay window that consisted of 3 windows. The 2 side windows could be opened with the large middle window fixed. I got 4 estimates. Even though Magic was the highest quote,we went with them. We found their product better with no cranks to open and the disappearing screens. The installers were excellent and worked all day to make sure the windows were plum. Jerome was our salesman and gave an excellent presentation . He came by while the windows were being installed to make sure all was going well. The President of the company even came by to check on how the installation was going. We were very impressed with this company and we would highly recommend them.

Thank you for the attention to detail. After each step - ordering, installation and follow-up, the owner of Magic Windows personally came out to our home to make sure that my weakened hands could open our beautiful magic window. I love the retractable screens - what wonderful creativity and engineering.

Our house was due for window replacement and we decided to give Magic Windows a try. We couldn't be happier with the product and the service. The windows are pricey, but the technology is impressive - we opted for the casement windows with both insect and solar screens. The windows open without a crank, as advertised and the retractable screens make for a beautiful view through the windows. Over this hot summer, we have definitely seen how effective the solar screens are in reducing heat through our south facing windows. The 90 degree opening leaves ample room for window cleaning from inside the house. So far, in every way, these are very superior windows

The service from Magic Windows at every level was also superior. Sales, measurement, installation were all handled professionally and flawlessly.

The house we moved into 2 years ago was almost 25 years old and needed new windows desperately. My husband had heard the ad on the radio for Magic Windows,so when we were looking at who we would get quotes from, he insisted we contact Magic Windows. Corey made the trip to Barrie and we were very impressed with his professionalism but also his in-depth knowledge of the product. We ended up not even getting another quote! We were impressed especially with the 40 year warranty the windows have and that it is also transferable if and when the time comes to move later on. We got the kitchen windows and sliding door replaced last year. The eating area of the kitchen was very cold in the winter and we knew there was an energy loss problem with the old windows. We had the 3 kitchen windows (one which is a large picture window) and the sliding door replaced first. We could not get over the improvement in the warmth of the kitchen this past winter and our heating bill showed some savings. We had the remaining windows in the house replaced two weeks ago and we are thrilled with the outcome! Our bedroom gets the morning sun and our curtains do not block out the light, so we would literally wake up with the sun every morning. We got the retractable solar blinds for the bedroom windows and we can't begin to tell you what a transformation it is. Now we have to set the alarm or we will sleep in!! We love the innovation of the windows to be able to clean them from both sides but we love the retractable screens as well.
We were especially impressed with the installers - Milan and Zoran. They are very professional and courteous and we were especially impressed with how they cleaned up each room after the windows were installed.
We would not hesitate to recommend Magic Windows to anyone - the product they sell is superior (I don't know of another company with a 40 year transferable warranty!), Corey was very personable and wonderful to deal with - wanting to ensure we are completely satisfied, the installers are professional, courteous, efficient, attentive to details and extremely clean. I wasn't looking forward to the upheaval a job like this could create in our home, but I can honestly say it was not an issue during the process at all.

I purchased my window wall it is fantastic. I have had 2 minor issues and received amazing free service within 2 days both times to my house that is 1.5 hours away. Definitely recommend.
