Very happy with the quality of the windows, no more cranks, and the hidden screens are amazing. The installers did an great job with the installation, and when they finished the cleaned and vacuumed up after themselves.

My experience with magic window went well and beyond my expectations. From the start of the process with Danny (sales rep), communication on schedule updates, to the final installation everything went smoothly.

The entire team was upfront with all their options which allowed me to make an informed decision. Even when checking out their show room, I was able to get hands on experience.

One piece that really intrigued me was their post installation service. I saw reviews that they were always quick to respond and fix. This was also my experience, as we had a minor issue post installation and they sent a team out within 48 hours. All their staff is really friendly and professional and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

We decided to replace our windows and looked at many different companies we found the quality of magic Windows to be outstanding. After thinking about it for a couple of months we decided that it was worth the cost. It was the best decision we ever made the before care was good the installation was amazing and even Dan came by for a post look at the job. I would recommend magic Windows to anybody who is looking to replace the windows only once in their life.

Was really impressed with the level of communication through out the process. Like many things during the pandemic, production of our windows was delayed, which we were told before placing our order. We received several email updates (5 or 6) during various stages of the manufacturing process so we were never left wondering where things were at. Installers were friendly and were very sweet to our large nosey Great Dane dog. After install our sales rep contacted us to see how everything went. Then we had another person come out after the install to double check the work and make sure we were happy. My friends are very envious of my new front window and patio door. They look beautiful and we opted for the solar shade on the patio, truly blackout and so cool how they retract. Very happy with our purchase, they were not the cheapest quote we got, but you do get what you pay for!! Plus a 40 yr warranty cant be beat.

We had Magic Window install windows a few years back and we have loved them. We have referred them to family and now our family has ordered windows. Any service work has been addressed in a timely fashion and the service people have been nothing but professional. Highly recommend the product, the service and the people.

Clean, built in curtains give you the privacy you need. We’ve noticed a decrease on our bill as the heat stays inside. Just amazing product. Customer service is always available if you need anything.

Magic Windows was a bit more expensive than other companies but worth every penny! The windows are beautiful - I will never have to stand up on a ladder to wash outside windows ever again - My windows look even larger than before - the warranty and service are the best! highly recommend!

We installed upstairs windows and a patio door 8 years ago, the bug screen on the patio door got damaged late last year, so this spring I phoned about replacement, within 2 days the technician was at our door with a replacement screen, such a polite, clean and efficient gentleman, he dismantled the screen and replaced it in no time at all, He asked if there was anything else we needed. on request he lubricated the sliders of our inside blinds so as to make it easier for my wife to operate. We are so pleased with the quality of the Magic windows and after service provided that this year we ordered windows for the front of the house. Great Job Magic windows team

We’re very happy with our new “window wall”from Magic Windows, which replaced our builder-grade sliding patio door. We had a great experience with Magic Windows from start to finish! In doing our due-diligence, we had many different visits and quotes from other companies, but Magic Windows stood out from the others. The price point was higher, but for good reason! We could tell by the quality when compared to the other lower-cost patio doors. Alex was knowledgeable and professional. He brought product samples to our home so we could see and touch what we’d be getting, and they offer a 40 year warranty (transferable to the new home owner if we should move), which is MUCH longer than any other company we considered. The installation went off without a hitch. The crew was efficient and courteous, cleaning up their mess and leaving us with a care package, including glass cleaning spray and grease spray for the moving parts. We can’t wait for the warmer weather to come so we can open our new “window wall” like a French door for ease of access to our backyard and our BBQ rather than the hassle of having to slide 3 doors each time! It even has hidden insect screens that “magically” disappear when you don’t need them! We wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Magic Windows again when we need our other windows replaced!

the magic windows service team are fantastic.
After installation there were some minor repairs, the next morning the service team was already contacting me with a date and time for service and what they will be doing.

They are very courteous, knowledgeable, polite.
