We installed upstairs windows and a patio door 8 years ago, the bug screen on the patio door got damaged late last year, so this spring I phoned about replacement, within 2 days the technician was at our door with a replacement screen, such a polite, clean and efficient gentleman, he dismantled the screen and replaced it in no time at all, He asked if there was anything else we needed. on request he lubricated the sliders of our inside blinds so as to make it easier for my wife to operate. We are so pleased with the quality of the Magic windows and after service provided that this year we ordered windows for the front of the house. Great Job Magic windows team
