Living in a century house, with all the space & structural limitations, and in the midst of a very cold weather season, our old oil furnace dies.

Even though we were amongst many who also had heat supply issues, in the midst of a many-day cold snap, HRH ordered, picked up and installed our new furnace in a very timely fashion. They ensured that ductwork was tweaked and improved fittings that we didn't even know were in need of attention.
They billed according to quote, without adding any surcharge for the "emergency" situation.
A father & son team, they communicated well with each other and with us- and included excellent followup services.
