Neil was extremely professional. From the moment he arrived at the house, he was prepared and was diligent in checking every inch of the house. He inspected every electrical outlet, every door, cabinet, under sinks, roof, attic, roof, appliances etc.
We felt very comfortable with his inspection. Within an hour of completing the home inspection, Neil emailed us 133 pictures of the inspection conducted and shortly after that, he emailed us the detailed inspection report.

Neil was prompt to arrive and begin our home inspection after a short introduction. He walked us around the outside of the home and through the interior doing a comprehensive and extremely thorough inspection. Recommendations were provided throughout the inspection and Neil provided the opportunity to ask questions along the way as we required. He also took the time to recommend contractors with whom he had previously worked and could vouch for their finished product.

Within Hours I was sent 139 pictures taken throughout the inspection and shortly thereafter the comprehensive report was forwarded.

Neil, 'the home inspector" did a professional and excellent work; he took all his time to check small details and put it in his report along with than 104 pics with comments when necessary. I'm glad I picked him up.

We hired this company to do our one year inspection and also do a thermal inspection. In a nut shell all the issues (where some were quite difficult for most to notice) pointed out were undisputed and fixed by the Builder as they were legit. In addition, the issues raised in his thermal inspection turned out to be exactly what he had expected after the builder's independent verification. All our issues known so far have been resolved.
