Neil was prompt to arrive and begin our home inspection after a short introduction. He walked us around the outside of the home and through the interior doing a comprehensive and extremely thorough inspection. Recommendations were provided throughout the inspection and Neil provided the opportunity to ask questions along the way as we required. He also took the time to recommend contractors with whom he had previously worked and could vouch for their finished product. Within Hours I was sent 139 pictures taken throughout the inspection and shortly thereafter the comprehensive report was forwarded. Many thanks to Neil for his diligent work and friendly demeanor. Will highly recommend. Great value for a great price.
