Home Inspection including thermal inspection
We hired this company to do our one year inspection and also do a thermal inspection. In a nut shell all the issues (where some were quite difficult for most to notice) pointed out were undisputed and fixed by the Builder as they were legit. In addition, the issues raised in his thermal inspection turned out to be exactly what he had expected after the builder's independent verification. All our issues known so far have been resolved. Neil was very professional, polite and really knew what he was doing. My many thanks to Neil.
