Called for a part. Specifically to pick up at this location (inside TRAIL appliances store) as open on Saturday because i need to put my stove back together. Over the phone service was great. EXCEPT..... The Part was sent to to the Fairmount location, which is not open on weekends. If I wanted to go until Monday without a functioning oven I would not have specifically requested to pick it up at the Trail location. Do I need to say I am not happy? If you are going to have people answering your phones to take orders from customers maybe make sure they are competent enough to actually listen to the customer. I am making a round trip of almost an hour to get this non available part which I have already paid for.... on top of which should have been purchased last week with the other part at the Fairmount location but apparently the sales staff told my spouse the part he showed them was fine. (It was damaged and thus my fools errand this morning. Thank you for not being so reliable for me. Please actually try listening to your clients and making sure you can provide what you say you can WHERE you say you can.
