Divine Hardwood Flooring

Name of product, Haro Chestnut Impresso. Great customer service! Job well done. Great after sales service. Minor issues promptly and satisfactorily taken care of. Very satisfied with product and finished job. This was a new laminate to the market, high end, very durable and everyone of our guests have been very impressed with the quality and look. We have made several referrals to Divine.

We purchased our home and had Divine install new hardwood on the whole main floor. Right from the beginning, they were great to deal with. The people we dealt with on the sales team were extremely knowledgeable and walked us through their wide variety of choices. The installers were on time, fast and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. We are very happy with the service we received from Divine and have recommended them to friends and family.

Divine Hardwood was the company that our builder used for the hardwood floor of our house. We had problems after we moved in because when they install the fridge in our kitchen, they dented our hardwood floor. The service they provided was great. They replaced the dented piece with a new one and it looks brand new, like no work was ever done on it. Peter was the guy who came fixing it. He also brought us a stain that we can touch up on the little sratches and he answered our question thoroughly.

We had some issues with the installation but they were willing to come back to look at and address. They were willing to come back and helpful in filling in gaps with mark up pen.

From the initial meeting to discuss our requirements to the installation I felt that everything was done extremely well. The installers were very professional and worked very hard. I am very pleased with our floor

A wide selection of Haro wood flooring, it made it difficult to choose.
We stayed in a hotel during the installation, as is normal, and when we returned the flooring was installed almost perfectly. We had to call them back twice, but at least they showed up quickly and finished the work - which is a hard quality to find in flooring specialists in Vancouver.

Trying to get a touch up pen for your hardwood from these guys is like trying to get blood from a stone. Manage has not returned my calls. Found out today that product colour is discontinued. Funny you would think they would carry a touch up pen for products they sell. Not these guys. They could not even be bothered to offer to order the pens for me. Will be submitting concerns with BBB if that will make any difference.

Got divines phone number from a buddy and i called for an appt. the girl from the office wa very nice and we made the appt. they are very busy and did take some time to book in but when they showed up the guy was great !!!
