Purchased sealed windows units , 45 windows in total. They originally shipped them to job site and were the wrong sizes. Very long delays . 2 of them cracked out of the blue. Now at least 2 of them have thermal issues. Would not warranty anything. Pay more and get better quality / service.

Joe from JEH Windows was wonderful to deal with. They had an expected date of install and he phoned the week before and the day before. He came to our home and offered suggestions on styles of windows and doors and helped us choose the best options. We had such a great experience that my parents have since used them to replace all windows as well. The crew did a fantastic job at installing and cleaning up afterward. Price is very competitive.
