the sofa are tooo expensive, and quality its not that high, leons are much cheaper! design also are old, coluors are also so back world !wondering why they are selling so so high!

I had to wait over a month for my order to be delivered. To cancel an order of an inexpensive side table with notice because it didn't fit in the intended space I was still charged a $35.00 cancellation fee. Scotchguarding for the sofa was much more expensive than other stores and no proof (i.e. no certification/paperwork) that the work was done. The accounting customer service staff were rude. Salesperson at Mississauga store was however very pleasant.

bought a sectional, and needed repair within first year. took 4 weeks or more to have the warenty company contact us, and more then 3 weeks to have it repaired and delivered back.

We purchased our family room furniture at Ashlely Furniture store and were extremely pleased with the selection and quality of their furniture. The service and guidance we received from their staff was very useful and their no pressure tactic was greatly appreciated. With their help and guidance we are proud owners of a great quality and great looking furniture which we receive many many compliments on. The sales people were not pushy. And they delivered the couches on time as promised. All in all it was a great experience. The sales people were very helpful and highly recommended.

When I go shopping, I like to look first before being followed. The associate was friendly and let me walk around without bothering me. Than when I had questions he was very helpful. Very friendly.

I have found the exact livingroom furniture that I would like at Ashley Furniture in Mississauga. I have been in to take a look at it at least 5 times in the past 6 months. Every time I have been in the store, I have been ignored by every sales person. They are either standing around talking to each other or staring at their computer screens. I hesitate to make a purchase there, because I shudder to think about the "after purchase" service at this location.

Just made my 4th purchase from them, and every time I was a very satisfied customer. They exceed my expectation of 100% good service by 50%! Their store has something to everybody, service people are nice and informative and will make every purchase a realy nice one! In addition, they serve a coffe and a cookie to everyone who is at the store (near the reception desk).
Ordered an item with a missing 1 screw; happen sometimes.... received all metal parts required to assembly this item and 2 days later a phone call from them if everything was okay?
Their selection is good, and prices are average, but.....almost every day/weekend they have a special, such as no both taxes, or 10% off, etc., so you get someting as a deal. Delivery of my 2 sofas were on time and delivery people were nice and polite, and they cleaned after!

Strongly recomendation of this store to all my family and friends; too bad for them they have a bit different taste for furniture.
