He came out to see the problem with our furnace on a holiday Monday being family day and got the parts and fixed the problem the next morning. Excellent store with excellent sales staff. Very helpful and very patient staff with great knowledge and ideals. We renovated our kitchen and needed all new appliances however were lost in making a decision with all the brands out there. With the staff here in this store, not only did they take the time to explain the difference in brands and prices, but they also took the time to suggest different models for us and explain the pros and cons of each model selected.
