We where told and written in the contract installation the week of May 8 2022. And there wouldnt be any other surcharges and that included the heather being installed as well .
After many phone calls to installation department cause our sales person couldnt not help us our pool got installed 3 weeks later which we had scheduled our landscaping co. The week of May 14 which now was pushed back to whenever he was available cause he had other jobs lined up.
The installation crew arrived and look at our site which we had a pool removed and already pretty set up told my husband we need to dig more this will cost you another $390. We were shock he told my husband so your getting the pool installed today or not? They installed the pool my husband e transfer to this individual my husband contacted Trevi on the Monday and got the run around finally spoke to a person at Trevi who was not interested in our story and told us we had more digging to do according to our contract and we had to pay.
We took pictures of what was dugged out and we are still in the bracket of our contract
This is poor customer services after sale reading other reviews I realized that this practice of charging the customers extra is very courant
I would not recommend Trevi shop somewhere else one they gave your money they simply dont care

Very bad service. Above ground pool installed below ground level all around. They say it is ok. They do not want to do any repair. This spring, the pool is immerged in water.

BIG mistake from my part to sign an inground pool installation contract with REVI, they promissed to install our pooI month of may 2021 by telling me that there was an opening for installation month of may 2021.
That was not true, they started my pool installation only at the end of august 2021.
They just dont care, they dont answer the phone, they show up whenever they like without advising you, today |I had to spend 2 hours trying to reach them, they are all mixed up, nobody knows who is in charge, very disorganised company, very arrogant manager and stuff...
I really regret dealing with them, dont know when they will finish installation my pool, we have paid them $37,000 up to now, and we dont know when the pool will complete installation.

THE SO CALLED SALES DIRECTOR (MR. PARENT) AT THE LAVAL LOCATION IS EVEN MORE ARROGANT THAN HIS STAFF. GOT EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE & RAISED HIS VOICE WHEN I GAVE HIM A DIRECT FACT. BUNCH OF DECEIVERS.

You call and wait for over 20 mins then you have to leave a message and no one gets back to you - I left 7 or 8 messages and emailed and no one ever got back to me. The pool was delivered and installed on time but now no will get back to me.

After a month and a half waiting for installation of a pool with gas heater, gas pipe line done, heater does not work , calling Trevi is a pain, nobody answer. trying to see after placing a service call when they are going to come to be able to fix the heater. It is September 10th 2020, we bought the pool in March 2020, summer is gone already so we are hopping to fix the heater before 2021, what do you think ?
Please read all the contract and ask all the questions before buying, they had to work hard before me recommending them to a friend or family.

This is the worst ever experience! Customer service sucks. Staff is arrogant. Contract is not respected. Delays are unreasonable and constant. Stay away!
Would not recommend it to my worst enemy

Poor service, was suppose to have installation mid-July, finallly got it installed end of August. Asked for compensation because we did not enjoy the pool all summer, almost laughed at us by the director or the branch.

NEVER AGAIN!!

They are nice with you unt'il you sign the contract.

Daniels Home and Garden installed the 24' dia above ground pool perfectly. No issues with the installer at all, they were very accommodating. The problem is with the FLAWED design of the pool. We purchased a HIGHER end model where the plastic support struts are clipped into the anchoring base. There was a small rain storm with winds no more than 20 miles an hour, tore the cover off the pool and ripped out half of the support struts because the tiny clips failed... DO NOT BUY THIS TYPE OF POOL FROM TREVI. THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED ANY OF MY PHONE CALLS AND FAIL TO ADMIT THAT THEIR DESIGN IS FLAWED.

I bought a 27ft above ground pool 4yrs ago and the steel wall where it joins pulled apart,pool is now not useable,they are the worst company to deal with,wont help in anyway, 4 grand gone to waste
