Russ was very patient with me. I did not know where things were and did not have the cover off the air conditioner. Any questions I had he answered. He had an apprentice with him and he was very nice too. It is good that training goes on for these different jobs. They put covers on over their shoes which I appreciated.

The technician was on time. He was clean and done in a timely manner. He was friendly and professional. Great work!

We are very satisfied with the installation. Rob, Jon and Brock did a professional job. The duct work and piping is very neat and tight. They tested the fittings to ensure that there were no gas leaks and left the work site clean and tidy. Rob's explanation of the operation of the new thermostat was clear. My furnace stopped working on a cold day and Boehmers sent a technician within 2 hours. Russ thoroughly tested and diagnosed the issue, explaining all my options with patience and understanding. Great service!

Furnace was not coming on. Technician (319-00125 Curtis) found a faulty run capacitor on inducer
motor. Replaced with a new one and All operational tests Ok.

Sensor required cleaning. Tech was on time, polite, efficient, explained everything. Even reprogrammed our thermostat.

Your Technician Russ came out and instead of just doing a quick check and then suggesting to replace very expensive parts, he went the extra mile and check the exhaust and air intake pipes outside finding nothing blocking. He the removed the cover to the burners on the furnace and it sounded like there was a vacum in there. Russ then took the intake pipe apart going to the furnace and out floated a piece of plastic from a roof shingle. Once this was completed and everything put back together the furnace was reset and successfully restarted. Russ had no problem explaining each step he took to resolve this problem. Boehmers you are lucky to have such a skilled technician working for you.

Alex and Curtis were very polite. Left everything clean when they left. Did a very good job, they explained how to use thermostat, how furnace and filter worked. Showed me how filter came out where to buy them. Thank you for your service today!
