Your Technician Russ came out and instead of just doing a quick check and then suggesting to replace very expensive parts, he went the extra mile and check the exhaust and air intake pipes outside finding nothing blocking. He the removed the cover to the burners on the furnace and it sounded like there was a vacum in there. Russ then took the intake pipe apart going to the furnace and out floated a piece of plastic from a roof shingle. Once this was completed and everything put back together the furnace was reset and successfully restarted. Russ had no problem explaining each step he took to resolve this problem.
