Brian came at promised time, diagnosed the problem and repaired the heat pump. Have been a Gandy customer for years and will continue to recommend you. Do I get a Gandy t-shirt???????lol

My Heat stopped to work for over one week (always 13C, dont know why?) in 12/2016 then I called Gandy Installations to fix all, they changed a new Lennox furnace model for me with a new Heater metre(they called it "Comfort") after a friendly inspector from this company came who explained in detail about all the steps I need to do so.

2 days later, 2 workers came to fix all and they did very efficiency and
clean much. I love all the new equipments there and Thanks much to Grandy Installations for their pofessional services.

Our old Carrier high efficiency bit the dust during the Christmas break. After some speedy research we decided on Lennox with whole home air purifier (uv + media filter). Fantastic installation quality, quick service. Slight premium but totally worth it. The PureAir system has greatly help our son with acute asthma.

The serviceman showed up on time and soon had our furnace taken apart so that copious amounts of dust could be removed. He also did a good job on a fireplace that had poor flame distribution. Most importantly, we received helpful advice about the two units.

Had a hot water tank tank installed in a very limited space , so was a very difficult job. Taylor was able to complete the job within a few hours without having to move furnace like we anticipated. Taylor was very professional and knowledgeable , I would recommend Gandy to others in my complex

Wow! Excellent, excellent service! Brian and Broderick were so professional, efficient, friendly and informative regarding maintenance of our furnace. I went with Gandy because we used to use CR Martin & Heating (no longer in business) and Gandy has some employees from CR Martin & Heating. I highly recommend Gandy. We had a much needed tune-up of our Carrier furnace and the cost included a new filter. Well worth it...totally trust them. Thank you!

Cleaned thermocouple and pilot found build up, worked that day did not work next day. They returned and replaced thermocouple. I only paid for the thermocouple the second time. Job well done in a timely manner.

Briefly I had a problem with no heat from furnace Feb 20/17. Gandy sent 2 techs, however neither one seemed to know what they were doing. They thought it was a thermostat problem, and wasted 20 minutes checking it and blaming the battery (the battery was fine).Finally they found the problem, same problem as our previous call, tube blocked with debris. I understand why they sent 2 techs, one to hold the cell phone and one to fix the furnace (neither one had brought a flashlight.
Mar 23/17 same problem with no heat. After speaking to Gandy, I decided to hire a different company. What a difference! Same problem, tube blocked with debris. However only $104 to fix and problem fixed in less than 1/2 hour.
Not impressed at all with Gandy charges and work performed.

My 26 y/o furnace finally died (in the middle of our recent cold snap) and several people recommended that I call Gandy. It was a complicated and difficult installation due to Strata limitations but Rob D persevered and got the permission we needed. Lance M and Rob C did a really great job on the tricky install and I very much appreciate the timely and professional service given by all involved.

Had a tricky problem on an older furnace. Technician did a great job of quickly figuring out the problem, had the replacement part there, installed it, and tested the system. Furnace has been working wonderfully since. Would highly recommend Gandy.
