The service person arrived when the office said he would and was very polite and friendly and fixed the heat pump in no time. Great service and very happy with every thing.

It's unbelievable that anyone could say a negative thing about this company ! We've had them to our home several times over the past 10 years and the service has always been excellent. The technicians have been nothing but professional and helpful, solving our problem in as short a time as possible. I have recommended them to several friends and will continue to do so in the future !

We had a new furnace and heat pump installed this summer. Bruce who came out to estimate the job was very helpful with his recommendations.
The crew who did the job were very professional. We were impressed with everything they did. They were also polite and cleaned up after they were done.
This summer our house was cool and now we have even heat over the winter months. It really does make a difference in comfort and we feel we're doing our bit for the environment.
The crew who did the vent cleaning from Gandy were also great.

It attaches to the furnace to give air and heat. They were very good - knew their product and went above and beyond. We thought we'd have to smash up our front walk to install and they ended spending hours digging up the ground underneath so we didn't have all that damage.
