White Shark Window Cleaning

White shark is really something else. I ordered my windows to be cleaned on June 13th, didn't have an estimate in and I didn't feel comfortable going hourly. They made there manager come out to complete the estimate on the day of and now I can see through my glass! The lady behind the phone was so pleasant and made this very easy for me. The crews were so kind. Checked in prior to leaving, I was stunted. I will definitely recommend this company to my family and friends. Thank you!

They came ill equipped for this job. They brought 2 small rags and a wiping cloth, no soap. They broke a picture frame and dirtied the carpet by the window. Sloppy work so they could get out as quick as possible. They did not even wipe a window sill until I told them as well as the frames. I gave them my clean rags. They don't do windows to the top as they are too high. These ceilings are standard standard size. This a condo so no outside windows to do. Horrible experience and a waste of money as well the girl on reception is obnoxious.

White Shark came and cleaned the eaves but weren't able to clean the outside windows because it started to rain. I rescheduled and a different crew returned for the window cleaning. Both crews were friendly and courteous. I appreciated receiving an email notification letting me know the crew was running a bit late although they did arrive within the time frame initially agreed to.
White Shark did some additional work on the eaves for which I was quoted an hourly rate at the time I booked over the phone. When the crew reviewed the final invoice with me after they completed the work, I was a bit shocked because it was almost twice what I thought I had originally been quoted. Clearly, there was a big misunderstanding about the hourly rate. I immediately called White Shark and after some discussion, they graciously agreed to reduce the charge. White Shark's customer service was prompt and plainly want to be a good service provider. I would hire White Shark again and recommend them to others. Just be sure you are very clear about any added charges for additional work.

White Shark assisted me this Spring in cleaning our windows and assessing our eaves trough issues. They arrived during the scheduled time period and completed the job efficiently. It was a seamless and easy experience. All good!

Today I did my 11th job with white shark and wanted to point out that, have always received such amazing service, honesty and fairness. I trust white shark on my home fully and not to mention my parents home. I alway know what to expect (even though my job request may vary) as they delivery amazing service each time. With the amount of jobs I do per year with white shark, I can confidently say my reviews are of great value. This is truly a great company and I feel proud to give my recommendations to anyone. It's not easy to find good people to work with. Thank-you! To the incredible office staff and guys on the field.

Had guys come clean my windows did a great job. I can see the snow now Lol. Guys were great very friendly and helpful. Had what I thought was dirt on the windows but when the guys couldn't get it off. They showed me they couldn't get if off turned out to be condensation. Called the office and lady's there also very helpful. Would recommend

White Shark's guys had damaged a part of my house when they worked on it a year ago, but I called them back in part because they told me they'd fix it along with cleaning out my eaves troughs. Well, they didn't fully clean out the eaves troughs this year, they damaged another part of the house, and they didn't fix the bit they'd broken before. So, I phoned them. No problem, the woman said, they'd have the guys come back around to put everything right. But the guys didn't show up. I made two more such "appointments," and no one showed up for these either. On about my fourth call, the dispatcher woman eventually told me that they weren't going to come around because they'd never agreed to fix the damage they caused! I was flabbergasted. She just straight-out changed what she'd told me several times before. So, I will not use their services again, and I recommend that others steer clear of White Shark too. Shoddy work, damage to the house, and a great waste of my time. I'll have to pay someone else now to repair the damage.

Customer Service is NON-EXISTENT and nobody's is ever to answer the phones. Have a problem with the service or billing, forget it, they won't call back or email back.
Their accounting is late in sending me an invoice and they are bullies to get it paid ( service was in November, they send me a bill in March 16.
I used them before and never had an issue.

I was charged by Whiteshark for work that wasn't completed, and because they don't have signed work orders for jobs completed, were not willing to take my word for it. I would not recommend this company.
